This event is hosted by the NAACP GREATER HUACHUCA BRANCH & THE SIERRA VISTA AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY SUMMIT. It is free to the public and will take place at Tompkins Park in Sierra Vista, AZ

Starting at 11am until 5pm.

This is the City of Sierra Vista's Inaugural Flag Raising Ceremony

The South West Association of Buffalo Soldiers will be officiating the Flag Raising.

This is a monumental event for us. Entertainment and Vendors will fill up the park along with games and fun for the children.

Join us for the annual Valley of the Sun Juneteenth Freedom celebration at Eastlake Park in Phoenix, AZ.

The event is free and open to all from 4pm - 9pm and is a one-day festival, which includes several guest speakers against the backdrop of music, dance and entertainment. Also, featuring free Health Screenings, Food Vendors, Retail Vendors, Educational Dialogues, Kids Zone, Buffalo Soldiers Presentation, Youth Town Hall, Movie Screenings, Basketball Tournament and Live Performances.

This is a free to the public event sponsored by the SVAACS held at the VFW on Veterans Way in Sierra Vista, AZ. We are observing Jazz Month by holding a Drum Circle-Open Mike- Community Sing Off , Soul Food and deserts followed by a dance.

The festivities start at 7pm and end at 11pm. Come join the fun and support your local Sierra Vista African American Community Summit.
